Concept: Customer One.

In 2006 I first conceived the idea of developing a marketing campaign that once completed was published universally and at the same time across multiple marketing channels. E-Mail, Web, Direct Mail, Print, Newspaper, Radio, Billboard and a variety of Social Channels. I called it Customer One™.

At the time it was a revolutionary Turn-Key Solution created that solved a massive problem with inconsistency and duplication of costs during development. To me, it made sense for one company to manage and coordinate an all-inclusive marketing campaign for our Clients. In 2010 Margaret Little first wrote about a new concept in Marketing, she called it, Omni-Channel Marketing.
