Concept: Create-A-Meal.

To me it was a rather straight forward idea. Place a Self-Serving Kiosk in a Grocery Store that allowed Customers to Create-A-Meal based on what they needed or generate a shopping list based on recipes provided on Easy, Medium & Expert skill level. Needed coupons, nutritional information, and recipes, no problem they could be displayed or printed as needed.

I presented this idea in 1994 to the largest technology provider in Atlantic Canada and they told me it could not be done.

Interesting enough 3 years later in 1997, the first Self-Serve Kiosk (financial industry) made its appearance in a Trade Show in Las Vegas.
